How cargo moves through the terminal
Eight stages: from collection at the supplier to delivery to the consignee.
Supplier
We collect cargo from the supplier's warehouse or receive it delivered to the terminal.
Receiving
We check package count and weight against the packing list and record packaging condition.
Check and labelling
We measure and label packages and, where needed, take photos and repack.
Consolidation
We build the shipment, stow consignments in the container and secure the cargo.
Customs procedures
We prepare and verify the document set and hand it to a licensed representative.
Departure
The container is placed on the train, sealed, and the departure is recorded.
Transit
We track the shipment through route control points and report deviations.
Last mile
We collect the container from the station and deliver the cargo to the consignee.
